1. Products and Quality

SneakDrops offers UA (Unauthorized Authentic) quality sneakers and other luxury items. These products are made using the same materials and craftsmanship as the original branded items, but they are not officially licensed or authorized for retail sale.

We do not sell low-quality market replicas or cheap copies; all our products are premium UA quality made to match original standards.

We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any brand, trademark, or company. By purchasing from SneakDrops, customers acknowledge and accept this.

2. Shipping Policy

• We currently ship to locations across India only.

• Delivery time is typically between 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location.

• Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time.

3. Payment Policy

SneakDrops is an official payment partner of Razorpay Ltd. We accept all major online payment methods, including:

• Credit & Debit Cards

• Net Banking

• Wallets (PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)

We do not accept cryptocurrency or COD payments.

4. Return & Replacement Policy

We offer returns and replacements under the following conditions:

• Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged upon delivery.

• Size replacements are available in case of fitting issues.

• All return or replacement requests must be made within 2 days of delivery.

• The customer must provide a clear 360-degree video of the product as proof.

• Items must be in unused condition and returned with all original packaging.

• Requests without proper video evidence may be rejected.

• Once approved, refund or replacement processing takes 3 to 5 working days.

• Once a return or replacement request is approved, the product will be picked up by our logistics partner. The refund or replacement will be processed only after the product is received and inspected at our warehouse.

5. Product Disclaimer

All products sold on SneakDrops are UA (Unauthorized Authentic) items. While they closely replicate the quality and design of original branded products, they are not licensed or endorsed by any brand or trademark.
